Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have finally sent out the 600 invitations to their eagerly anticipated May wedding after months of fevered anticipation .

The invitation stipulates a strict dress code with men asked to don military uniform - likely to be worn by Harry, a former solder who is now Captain General of Royal Marines - or a morning coat and lounge hat, with women asked to wear a day dress and hat.

The invitations, posted this week, have been produced by company Barnard & Westwood, which has held a Royal Warrant for Printing & Bookbinding by Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen since 1985.

Using American ink on English card, the invites - on thick white card gilded along the edge - feature printed italic writing and are issued under Charles's name and bear his heraldic feathers embossed in gold at the top.

The invitations are similar to the ones sent out for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding in 2011 - although these were in a different font and were issued with the Queen's royal cypher.

The royal couple will marry at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle on May 19, with millions of people expected to watch around the world.

Gucci

When high-fashion brands release unconventional designs, the Internet is quick to react.

Balenciaga famously designed bright blue bags that looked like Ikea's signature totes, but cost $2,000. Chanel famously put its mark on a grocery store shopping basket.

And now, Gucci is getting some heat online thanks to its $1,000 rubber tote, which many are comparing to ice buckets and laundry bags.

In an Instagram post after the Spring 2018 collection, presented last September, the brand shared a photo of its new handbag, which incited a lot of backlash in the comments section.

Gucci designed a rubber beach-like bag for its Spring 2018 line featuring a top-handle design embossed with the brand’s logo on one side.

On the runway, it was paired with ready-to-wear pieces, but many are now comparing it to a very fancy ice bucket or drinks cooler.

While some people was a bit more excited by the news: “Finally a laundry basket that suits Gucci clothes.”

@Eva Gutierrez

“The best advice I ever received was nobody else knows what they are doing either,”

I read this quote about six years ago when I was in college. It took me five years to figure out what it really meant.

Like 90% of my peers, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life or who I wanted to become. At the exact same time Instagram was becoming really big. I started following bloggers and world travelers who seemed to have it all together. I can still feel the sting that pinged my heart when I would see that these globe trotters were younger than me and seemed to have it all figured out.

How had they figured it out? What had they been given that I hadn’t?

For years I asked these questions. I would wonder what the difference between them and I were. It took me until one year ago to realize what the difference was between these “successful” millennials and myself.

They had taken action. They had done something at some point that had catalyzed them to the lifestyle they were now living. While I had been spending years wondering what they had been given that allowed them to create successful blogs and travel the world they had been taking the action and finding out how to create successful blogs and travel the world.

We were both totally equal, the only thing separating us was action.

All it took for me to go from unhappy college graduate working at a bar to freelancing writer was realizing that if I took things into my own hands, I would figure it out.

To this day, this quote has been the most powerful sentence I have ever come across. It explains everything you need to know about creating the lifestyle and career that you have always wanted.

Authentic English

People are often uncertain about whether or not to use full stops in abbreviations. Here are some guidelines:

1. In both British and American English, if you are using initial letters to represent words, you don’t normally need to put a full stop after them:

BBC refers to British Broadcasting Corporation.

CNN refers to Cable News Network.

NATO refers to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

IAEA refers toInternational Atomic Energy Agency.

2. In American English, however, it is common to use a full stop as an alternative style for certain abbreviations, in particular: USA or U.S.A, US or U.S.

USA or U.S.A, US or U.S.

3. If an abbreviation consists of the first and last letters of a word, you don’t need to use a full stop at the end.

4. If the abbreviation consists only of the first part of a word, then you should put a full stop at the end.

From the exterior view, Bayon is a Pyramid shaped building, the highest is a gold round pagoda, it was built on the two layers of hollow pedestal.

Temple gate east, temple is divided into three layers, one layer is more steep than a layer, the structure is strange, the whole building seems to be built by two different temples to build together, overlooking the appearance of the mountains.

The strangest and most intriguing of all, the 48 stone towers that rise and fall like mountains on the platform, are surrounded by a tower that is more than 40 meters high in the middle.

The round tower, originally painted with gold, is the "golden tower" mentioned in the "true wax" by Zhou Daguan of the yuan dynasty.

Bayon is famous for its frescoes on the pagodas. There are four sides Buddha, reliefs and so on.

The top of each stone tower was carved with a huge face, each with a dignified face, and with the change of light, the faces of these faces varied widely.

The platform is surrounded by two inner and outer corridors, and the walls have large relief sculptures reflecting the great life of the society at that time.

In 1965, 17-year-old high school student, Randy Gardner stayed award for 264 hours. That's 11 days to see how he'd cope without sleep. On the second day, his eyes stopped focusing. Next, he lost the ability to identify objects by touch. By day three, Gardner was moody and uncoordinated.

At the end of the experiment, he was struggling to concentrate, had trouble with short-term memory, became paranoid, and started hallucinating. Although Gardner recovered without long-term psychological or physical damage, for others, losing shuteye can result in hormonal imbalance, illness, and, in extreme cases, death.

We're only beginning to understand why we sleep to begin with, but we do know it's essential. Adults need seven to eight hours of sleep a night, and adolescents need about ten. We grow sleepy due to signals from our body telling our brain we are tired, and signals from the environment telling us it's dark outside.

In the United States, it's estimated that 30% of adults and 66% of adolescents are regularly sleep-deprived. This isn't just a minor inconvenience. Staying awake can cause serious bodily harm.

When we lose sleep, learning, memory, mood, and reaction time are affected. Sleeplessness may also cause inflammation, halluciations, high blood pressure, and it's even been linked to diabetes and obesity.

So, what's happening in our brain when we sleep to prevent this? Scientists found something called the glymphatic system, a clean-up mechanism that removes this buildup and is much more active when we're asleep. It works by using cerebrospinal fluid to flush away toxic byproducts that accumulate between cells.

While scientists continue exploring the restorative mechanisms behind sleep, we can be sure that slipping into slumber is a necessity if we want to maintain our health and our sanity.
